Achievements in Last Period

  • Release 18, which delivered functionality in order to deliver auto closure scripts was successfully deployed to Live 20-Aug-2025

  • New Project Manager assigned to the Project

  • All remaining Must Have Jira have been estimated to understand what is required to complete them. 

  • Sprint 27 was completed and sprint 28 has been started.

Next Steps​

  • Project SAC105 is currently under review, it will need to be confirmed between Defeng Ma and Lesley Teague-McHugh (on Lesley’s return from annual leave – post 01-Sep-2025) how long the current Project can potentially be extended out, it is understood that discussion will take place to take the Project beyond the Change Freeze, that ends 29 September 2025, in order to give time to deliver and deploy the remaining Must Have Jira (TBC). Once established / agreed the remaining Project deliverables need to be reviewed, the Project then needs to be re-planned with the milestones updated accordingly
  • Finish development of and plan the remaining release / releases post Change Freeze (29-Sep-2025 - TBC)
  • Draft a Closure report and agree Project closure date
