  • Confirmed SSP BA resources are currently not available due to L&T workstream priorities
  • Some analysis is underway with ISG resources 

Issues

  • Approval to start the project has not been agreed due to resource conflicts with the learning and teaching workstream
  • Registry resources are likely to be required for 6-12 months to undertake the analysis

Next steps

  • Agree funding for continuing the project with the required resources from registry
  • Escalation to agree on how this work will be prioritised alongside L&T workstream

Impact: There will be a delay in delivering any outcome that would support a financial benefit in reducing operating costs. Next Steps: This now requires escalation so that prioritisation decisions can be made to allow the project to continue.
