Tier4 data mapping issue fixed in test , 551 missing students added to Exam Scheduler
Re-plan and new budget agreed with SEP Programme Sponsor and Project Sponsor at meeting on 18th-Dec
New Go-Live date of 10-June 2018 agreed to enable new solution to go live for Aug 2018 resits exam diet
'Exam Selector' workflow has been delivered to DEV for unit testing by UoE
Calsync config completed in TEST - some issues to escalate to S2Unified and IS S/W Dev team

Phase 2

Budget for new Phase 2 agreed - 100d for ISG effort , and equivalent from Business and usual teams / SEP to support longer duration of project. Project extended by 6 months
Phase 2 - resource bookings for IS ADO S/W Dev team agreed ( Thalia NikoLaidou assigned in Feb and Mar 2018) - Thalia unavailable 3d during w/c5-Feb and w/c 12-Feb due to resource conflict with UWP006 project

Open - Error re-loading invigiliator data - Dev Tech investigating - ? table dropped in EUGEX as part of EUCLID TEST upgrade
Open - Scientia have replicated the application crashes experienced by UoE exams team in ES v3.5.8 – Scientia support team raising the issue with the ES product manager
Open - Critical bug with Exam Scheduler with error in calculation of extra reading time when exam duration changes - reported to Scientia support on 8-Jan - awaiting response
open - EQIA not completed - task escalated to Scott Rosie
Resolved - Inadequate Exam business team resources to support extended Phase 1 and new Phase 2 ( owner Scott Rosie) - back-fill now in place until May 2018

Resource conflicts within SSP / Student systems delay Phase 1 acceptance sign-off - Student systems input is critical to resolve errors with WP2 incoming data feed (Owner Kirsty Roseweir)
Legacy systems could fail before being replaced
Scientia technology constrains final end-to-end solution

Agree and send Comms to explain new delivery plan for SAS005 to SEP board , Exam Operations groups and other stakeholder
