Open - Critical bug with Exam Scheduler with error in calculation of absolute extra reading time when exam duration changes - reported to Scientia support on 8-Jan - patch expected by end of April 2018
Open - Split Location fix required for Calsync , Exam web timetables and BI Suite reporting
Open - Calsync error log file - needs config change to pull in text description
Open - EQIA not completed - task escalated to Scott Rosie, and assigned to Sabrina Fijalkowski and Alison Ramsay

Legacy systems could fail before being replaced
Scientia technology will constrain final end-to-end solution - more workarounds required than envisaged in PID - impact : additional staff costs in Exam timetabling team

Phase 1 - WP3 - Calsync - fix Split Location issue and complete UAT
Phase 1 - WP4 - Complete BI Suite / Web exam timetables rework from UAT testing - fix Split location issue
