On Track - The Critical issues with deletions has been resolved by hotfix from supplier S2unified and is being managed by IS Service Management as part of the business-as-usual service.

Issues
- Open - new re-work identified for BI Suite Universe and Reports -in progress with IS S/W Dev team and IS Service management - this risk mitigated by making Scientia ES SSRS standard reports available in LIVE for Exam Timetabling team ( as backup reporting tool)
- Closed - Scientia have released ES v3.5.9 with the fix for absolute reading time issue - not critical for Aug resits - will be applied to LIVE by Sept 2018 for Dec 2018 main exam diet
Risks
- Exams business team are one person down due to extended paternity leave for one member of the team
- The go-live period coincides with the summer holiday period, project activities are working around planned leave of project team members, with a dependency on good documentation of the new operating processes. This risk mitigated by handover between members of the project team , and avoiding too many folk on leave at the same time

- Phase 1 - WP3 - Calsync - complete deploy of new Exam event template to LIVE by 14-June
- Phase 1 - WP4 - Complete BI Suite Reporting - re-test of the re-work by 14-June
- Exam Timetabling business team start to use new solultion from Mon 25th June
- Post go-live scheduling support from Scientia business consultant on 4/5/6-July 2018
- Publish Aug resits exam timetable w/c 23-July 2018 - first use of the Calsync for Exams / Office365 feed
