This project is core funded and is essential to the onboarding of Edinburgh Napier University (project SMI016)

This is a priority 2 project.

Impact and Dependencies

Authentication is changing meaning that Apache reverse proxy are not necessary anymore - there is a dependency on TOPDesk support being available during initial installs into Demo and test in case of issues with new authentication method.

Taking the live service down during term will be challenging - there is a dependency on upgrading the live environment during the vacation period W/C 4th April.

The onboarding of Edinburgh NAPIER University (SMI016) has a dependency on this project - any delays here will have a downstream impact on their target (UniDesk) go live date of 9th May.
