Achievements in last period

• Ongoing support of DPOs and survey respondents while survey is available
• Regular checking and analysis of submissions
• Chasing and prompting of areas with zero/low returns
• Plans made for eventual analysis and report

Issues

• It has transpired that some areas have not distributed the survey to colleagues
• DPO has decided that the completion date should be extended to allow for catch up

Next steps

• Support respondents and DPO staff during lifetime of survey
• Monitor responses and conduct initial analysis
• Update project milestones
