Achievements Last Period.

All activities relating to development , testing and deployment completed to schedule.

Issues.

The deployment activities did not achieve the required effect of redirecting the LIVE URL to the new code. This will require further investigation. Investigations into the issue have been hampered by annual leave by techical staff involved.

Additional 3 days to be requested for investigations and closure activities

Next steps.

Work with App Management and CAMS to determine the correct deployment route and re-plan the deployment schedule and project closure. This will be picked up w/c 10/09 due to annual leave in App Management.
