After a number of channels failed after deployment, the build, QA and delivery of the minor upgrade via Bamboo has been replanned to ensure better testing and channel owner engagement in the QA process, to provide production support and service owners confidence in the technology.

The effort in resolving issues has pushed the estimation for total effort beyond the current budget, and with LTW requesting that Project Manager takes over UAT lead and coordiation then the estimate woudl increase further.

• Acceptance sign-off for Minor Upgrade Delivery -completed
• Delivery Minor Upgrade and the last two channels - completed
• Build sign-off for Minor Upgrade Delivery - completed
• Decide if PM to lead UAT and resolve budget issue that may arise - completed
