Commentary
Programme status: The overall status of the STU programme for March 2024 is AMBER with Making Transitions Personal project (STU268)closure not completed and issues ongoing for the Student Case Management project (STU269). The Prospective Student Web Future State project (STU271) will now be included in this monthly Student Services programme report.
No RED programme risks this month.
Project Highlights
- STU268: AMBER - Closure has been approved other than with Production management
- STU269: AMBER - Testing and re-work has not completed putting the go live at risk
- STU271: GREEN - Funding has been approved and development sprints preparatory work completed
