Issue: There is a clear programme for the AV which started on the 4th June 2018 with the ground and 1st floor. We have been unable to get much works done as these floors are still not really finished. The AV contractor has done as much as they can over all 5 floors and whilst I have few concerns just now about being finished for September, we may have some outstanding issues. The plan to move staff in from the start of August is questionable but we do have a whole month for things to improve.
