IS Apps:

• Analysis of proposed scope items
• Project Management of agreed work
• Security Review workshop organisation, facilitation and documentation
• Analysis of Security Review workshop outputs & identification of action plans
• Development & implementation of enhancements identified and BI universe/report rationalisation

Service Management (BI):

• Build/run reports to support analysis of current BI reporting
• Delete/amend BI universes and objects as instructed by Finance once analysis complete

Based on the Project Brief, there is not expected to be any resource requirements for Development Technology, Technology Management or Enterprise Architecture.
