Achievements this period

• Finance analysis of BI reports is underway - target population of reports to be analysed has been identified, and BI users contacted to request that they run any reports they wish to keep by 10 April.  After this date, Finance will re-run the 'unused report' identification process, and begin removing unused reports.
• 2 JIRAs ready for promotion from DEV environment 

Risks

• Key project resource may be unavailable at critical times due to higher priority work
• The remaining BI development activity may take longer to complete than initially estimated if not conducted by specialist

• Risk that a new PM will not be as familiar with the Project

Next steps

• Continue BI report analysis, then begin universe rationalisation analysis (i.e. which universes have no/few reports, and can any remaining reports be either removed or pointed to a newer universe)
• Hold 'security workshop' once report analysis complete
• Finance to provide requested information on 2 JIRAs to allow final development (3 JIRAs with outstanding dev activity)
