This in-year project is being funded from within Information Services at 150 days
The project is initiall priority 2 (High) but may need to be considered for priority 1 status as it progresses to ensure that it can secure the necessary recources to meet the tight timescales
Impact and Dependencies
The University Website Programme (UWP) is continually delivering new features into the EdWeb Distribution which we may want to include in this project. Our Lead Developer also works closely with that project so can keep up up to date with developments.
We may choose to utilise Sharepoint as part of the document management solution to replace the current solution WebFM as this is no longer available. This will bring an additional load to Sharepoint and the Service Owners for Sharepoint have been informed.
