Resources Skills and Cost
The estimate for the project proposal totalled 230 days across IS Apps, and 33 days for other IS teams. An estimation meeting on 28/08 produced a revised estimate of 262 days and this is detailed in the attached estimation sheet.
Initial discussions have taken place with the IS Apps teams involved in this project and individuals with the most appropriate skills and experience have been identified for involvement in the project. Training on Oracle Active Data Guard will be needed for some colleagues and this is currently being researched and resourced. This will cover two members of staff in each of Development Technology and Technology Management.
Project costs will also have to cover the necessary hardware that is being purchased, and associated licences.
