Achievements in last period:

• Supporting adhoc applicant queries.
• Providing adhoc Scholarship and Funding Recording Support.
• 10 draft SOPs completed,  6 reviewed and signed off, 4 remain for review and sign-off.

Issues

• Due to staff being unexpectedly off, there has been a delay to complete the sign off  of the remaining SOP by end Sept. This is now planned for in Oct. We do not expect much impact, as this is off peak period for users

Activities in progress:

• Providing adhoc Scholarship and Funding Recording Support until handover complete.
• Completing review and sign-off of remaining SOPs with stakeholders.
