Achievements in Last Period

  • Release 3 for the HESA DR Process,which added an additional field to one of the forms in the application, was deployed to LIVE 25-Aug-2025, this is expected to be the final release required for the 24/25 Return.

  • New Project Manager assigned

Next Steps​

  • Establish:
    • With Release 3, as noted above, that Delivery - Major milestone has been achieved
    • Next steps and continue to monitor if anything is still required for the 24/25 Return (nothing is expected)
    • Engage with Sponsor, Programme Manger and Key Project Stakeholders to agree 24/25 Return Project Closure / ascertain what is required for the 25/26 Return
