Impact

Potential impact on the Student Recruitment and Admissions Programme . Initial discussions have highlighted possible overlap between this project and the SRA project to implement an enquiries system therefore it may be  feasible to expand the scope of one of the SRA project to include the requirements gathered from STU263. The business case for the SRA project is to be reviewed by 22nd August 2018.

Dependencies

  • Dependency on the successful delivery of the encrypted electronic responses project STU262. This dependency has the potential to add to the requirements if it is not delivered successfully.

  • Dependency on a decision from the SRA Programme Sponsor as to whether the requirements gathered from STU263 could form part of the procurement exercise to procure a new CRM based Enquries system.

Security and Data Protection

A security resource will be assigned to the project and will produce a set of security requirements which will be used to assess each of the solution options.

No DPIA is required at this stage as this project will not be collecting, accessing or introducing any new systems that would store personal data. However a DPIA will be required for any follow-on implementation project.
