Achievements in Last Period

Decommissioning of legacy QMP platform now to take place in 2020 (removed from scope of this project).
Latest updated TAD now handed over to Production Management.
It was requested that DR testing be carried out before project closure however the outcome of discussion with ITI was proposal to move on to the stretch cluster, given that DR has been verified on the platform.
Closure milestone date moved to 20/12/19.

Issues

No major issues but an outstanding action preventing project closure (migration of VMs to stretched cluster) which has been impacted by UCU industrial action and as a result a PICCL has been added to push the closure out.
