Impact
Priority and Funding
This project is priority 2. It is core funded, with budget of 10d confirmed initially. Contingency is being held at the programme level in 16/17 should this increase (see risks).
Impact and Dependencies
This is a stand-alone system, there are no dependencies. There is a potential impact (see risk 3) if just upgrading the apache tomcat does not work, as it would take additional Project Manager and Software Development time that is not currently in the plan.
