Work/Task Breakdown
The UWP010 project will follow the stages tasks and activity detailed and noted within the Migration Handbook which was created as part of the UWP009 project.
Please note that the version of the handbook produced via UWP009 is managed by UWP and the latest version is available via this link. Please note that this is currently being updated to provide both a Customer and a Technical Handbook.
Per Site Migration
Stage 1 – Planning (UWP task)
- Schedule Migration
- Assign Migration roles
- Site Report provided to Migration team (except for Client role)
- Estimate the Sub Site Migration
- Expectation Sign off
Stage 2 – Client Liaison, Editorial and Pre-Auto Migration Sign off (UWP task)
- Deliver a Site report to the Client to guide them on action to be taken
- Client time for editorial changes to be completed
- Pre-Auto sign off
Stage 3 – Migration of Content (IS Apps Involvement)
- Polopoly Content Extract

- Test Activity : UWP010 developer will run modeule through locally held installation to test. This will then be passed to UWP006 developer to ensure that the development work does not impact code

A. For Overall Project (Please note budget only covers activity in 2014/15 - 202 days see initial estimate for whole project and alignment to individual Migrations)

- Developer - 111 days (allocated resource time for development (4/6 weeks per release to be completed prior to UWP006 Release being deployed and circa. 7 weeks support during migrations, with the exception of Release 5 Migration which is 21 weeks - a review required for of Release 5 migration period )
