The project estimation at end of planning, after three poitn estimation, is 120 days - in line with proposal estimate of 'medium'. Team will re-estimate after Design is complete.

Impact and Dependencies

As the project will move delivery of MyEd deployment to Bamboo, there will be potential impact to the deployment of environments as the project completes. The project will attempt to minimise disruption through allowing the old method of deployment to co-exist with the new, and also roll out through environments sequentially.
