O1 Work package 1 Pilot & evolve SDES process
O1 D1 Identification of projects for retrospective review and/or in-flight pilot of SDES O1 D2 Completed SDES reviews
- Identification of projects for retrospective review and/or in-flight pilot of SDES and documented; meeting with stakeholders, reflect over activities, review (learn from project team, response to each of the standards)
- O1D3 Development of SDES materials based on insight gained in D2
- Development of SDES materials: Refocusing, rephrasing, audio recording and paperwork
- O1D4 Provision of direction/requirements to LTW WAC development of a revised Design Framework (EdGEL) website
- The revised design framework project is not fully scoped so this project will produce user stories to define the shape of the revised design framework project
- O1D5 Revise and execute the Consultancy and Training rollout and communications plan produced as part of DTI009
- Ongoing - produce a revised rollout and communications plan
- O1D6 User group set up
- Susan Cooke taking over from Alex Carter, Neil to speak to Susan/Alex to work out what this entails

O2D1Align the human centred design process with the project methodologies and project/programme management approaches supported by Applications Directorate informing the evolution of the Student/Staff Digital Experience Standards (SDES) as required
- Create approach for digital projects based on UX human centred design process
- Identify projects within Digital Transformation and Estates programmes that meet SDES criteria and pilot a digital approach
- Walk through with Applications Directorate staff and feedback recommendations into SDES
- Update approach as required

Training
The UX service has already run cycles of training courses and tailored specific courses for different teams. We would anticipate that an overview of the Digital Experience Standards content would be provided at future training courses.
