People & Money HR - useful links - knowledge base
Oracle BI tools packaged with the new People & Money system
OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) tool - will be widely used by many users
BI Publisher - limited to a small number of users for creation of standard letters and data extracts from People & Money to downstream systems incl the EDW datamarts - limited number of licences for P&M programme developers

The easiest way to see the data is in OTBI, but this doesn’t show you the oracle database table & field names.
There’s no particularly easy way that I know of to marry the OTBI subject area fields to the database fields unfortunately.
