Impact and Dependencies

As this project is an investigative project there is no impact to any existing systems or processes.

For this project there is the requirement for the Estates department to;

• Provide the funding to employ an Energy consultancy to
  • consult with named stakeholders to fully determine requirements
  • arrange for access to the suppliers of the existing systems to determine current and potential capabilities
  • review the marketplace for potential solutions
  • produce the final strategic report including recommendations
  • arrange for subsequent continued input into the next phases of the project
