Priority and Funding
Priority 3 Funded.
This is a discretionary project partly funded by 20 days of College ring fenced allocation.
A further 26 days is required to complete the activities. 46 days in total.
The BI Tools Programme, as part of the Digital Transformation Portfolio, will fund the remaining 26 days.
The BI Tools Programme will implement a range of end user BI tools including PowerBI.
The initial Power BI Gateway implementation will support CAHSS services use within the school to access the local systems. In doing so it will also meet the needs of the BI Tools programme where the technology used and the support services developed are scoped and scaled to meet the needs of the wider BI Tools Programme.
Dependencies and risks have been raised to provide appropriate visibility of this mixed funding arrangement.
