Impact
Priority and Funding
- IS Applications 'Higher' priority (Level 2) - due to GDPR requirement and funding constraint, noted below
- Sponsor funded
Impact and Dependencies
- The contract must be signed and any capitalised costs (expected to cover software installation, implementation, training and first year support) spent before end of financial year (by 31st July 2018)
- The working assumption is that Hope Park will look to sign an initial contract for four years (unless a framework dictates a different length of contract)
- Dependencies on Procurement Office resource and tender systems for managing bids and guiding evaluation process
- Dependencies on Legal Department, Data Protection Officer and Information Security Officer resources for procurement/evaluation and contract advice
- Dependency on Disability Information Officer resource to review Equality Impact Assessment, and perform accessibility testing on supplier systems under evaluation
- Dependency on Public Contracts Scotland website for advertising opportunity, and Public Contracts Scotland tender system for evaluating and communicating with suppliers
- Dependency on ISG011 project (Review of IS Applications Procurement Question Set) - liaise with Andy Stewart and Dave Berry
