      • Requirements associated with field changes, moving fields, renaming labels, assigning default values to drop downs would be recognised as being in scope and would be applied if time available
      • Additional requirements and new reports would be deemed out of scope of the project and would require to be actioned under future support arrangements

    • Technical Lead has returned to assist with any technical issues
    • An additional developer has been assigned to the project
