Achievements this month

• Final release deployed into live.

Issues

• The final release caused a number of live issues, despite the amount of developer's testing, testers testing and additional testing by operations staff.  Most if not all of these have been rectified now. No further deployment required
• Cost to deployment delay, additional testing  and support post live issues has increased budget effort: 118 d have been spent so far (80d were budgeted this year).

Next Steps

• Write a project review, with particular focus on what lead to the issues in the final release, and articulate lessons learned/recommendations .
• Close project.
