Achievements in last period:

• Providing adhoc Scholarship Support.
• All SOPs reviewed and signed-off with stakeholder.
• Walk through of Process Maps given to Head of Student Support Operations.
• Handover meeting facilitated with Scholarships Team and Student Systems, agreed support would be handed over from BA the week commencing 2nd December, with BA being available to assist with initial requests.
