- Develop implementation plan and embed templates into service for subsequent Learn upgrade projects

- Initial support post-rollout
Resources, Skills and Costs
LTW are providing 0.7 FTE for Business Lead and Service Manager tasks, and 1 x FTE Learning Technologist.
IS Applications are providing project management resource from the agreed funding.
Funding across session 2018/19 to 2019/20 to be clarified to enable post rollout support at start of session.
Project Governance
Governance will be provided by the Project Team and a Project Board which is to be established. WIS will provide QA and will be notified of all major changes and issues.
