Acceptance Test Strategy
The following will be confirmed in the 'User Acceptance Test Plan' document:
- Scheduling and duration
- Test setup requirements (e.g. test environment, co-dependencies, business cycles)
- Sources of test data
- Test scripts
- Required test participants and any training requirements
- Technical and business support required during testing
- Communication requirements
Test Scenarios and Acceptance Criteria
The following is to be considered:
- Which groups will require training - ISHR
- Who will provide training – ISHR/Service Management
- Required Format of training materials - TBC
Descriptions
ISHR have a filing cabinet with around 715 staff files in paper format (as at 31 July 2016). Each staff file is in a folder that is divided into the following ten sections, with relevant documents stored in each section:
- Contracts & Terminations
- Migrant Worker
- Sickness Absence
- Leave
- Learning and Development
- Oracle
- Grievance/Disciplinary
- Induction and Probation
- Recruitment Paperwork
- Miscellaneous
