Impact and Dependencies
There is an obvious dependency on resource availability in order to complete this project. It is worth highlighting at that even though this is a requirements gathering piece, some development resource in key areas associated wit development, infrastructure and operational running will be particularly important to the process. Project managers from these projects will work together and where possible move bookings to accommodate activities accordingly.
There is a follow-on project of work that will require the requirements, the service definition, the plans and the communication plan developed in this project.
