Staff from Development Technology and Technology Management will be utilised, with involvement from other sections as required. The agreed solution will require resources from both Applications and ITI.
Project Governance
The project sponsor is Dave Berry, the Programme Manager is Chris Copner and the project manager is Don MacIver.
This project will follow the standard project governance in Project Services.
Any changes to major milestones (Initiation, Planning, Delivery, Closure) will be approved by the Project Sponsor, Project Team and WIS.
Major milestones achievements and changes will be submitted to WIS for approval/noting as necessary.
