Work/Task Breakdown

  1. Agree list of enhancements
  2. Agree initial batch
  3. Provide detailed business requirements for intiial batch
  4. Confirm resourcing and produce delivery plan for intiial batch
  5. Design and build software, or deploy patches, for each enhancement in initial batch
  6. Create test plan and perform acceptance testing for each enhancement in initial batch
  7. Maintain technical documentation, as agreed with Production Management
  8. Deploy initial batch to Live
  9. Sign off deployment of initial batch
  10. Roll out initial batch to end users
  11. Repeat steps 1 through 10 for subsequent batches, while budget remains

2.1.  IS Apps

Budget of 50 days, to be made up from:

  • Project Services:  Project Manager
  • Software Development:  Team Manager, Designer/Developers
  • Development Technology:  Team Manager, Technical Architect; Technology Analysts
  • Production Management (Applications):  Team Manager, Integration Testers; QA Reviewer
  • Production Management (Technology):  QA Reviewer

 

2.2.  Finance

Budget tbc, to be made up from:

  • Project Sponsor
  • Business Lead
  • UAT Tester(s)

 

2.3.  Signing off for each deployment will be: 

  • Project Sponsor / Business Lead
  • Project Manager
  • Designer/Developer(s) of affected system(s), if required
  • Technical Architect / Technology Analysts, if required
  • Production Management Lead(s)
