An Intranet Dedicated to Staff in the Applications Directorate

Staff in Apps use a variety of websites, Teams channels, shared documents, SharePoint and Wiki sites every day to complete their tasks. With these resources spread so widely, there is a need for a cohesive intranet to be created – where staff can either find, or be signposted to, everything they need in one secure site.

This project is to set up the Digital Preservation infrastructure with the lessons learned from the Digital Preservation pilot.

Rolling BAU project for the legally required annual accessibility testing and accessibility statement creation and updating for the L&UC website and applications. An 'accessibility team' from across the sections L&UC will carry out the required work, which each team member committed to complete the testing and statement writing for one site a month. There will be a monthly touch-point meeting where a site will be allocated to each team member.

This project is the continuation of DLIB007 which was a key project in the now completed Digital Library Programme.
