User Acceptance Testing

Acceptance Test Strategy

Testing will take place in the testers’ regular work locations.
UAT will take place on <<<dates-to-be-confirmed>>>
Testing participants will not require training, as they are all already familiar with the eTime system.
Test scripts/cases and scenarios will be prepared by the Business Lead and Senior User prior to the start of UAT, and supplied to the Project Manager, for inclusion in the User Acceptance Test Plan.
Test participants will conduct the tests and document their results.
Issues will be recorded in Jira by the Business Lead and Senior User, and tracked by the Project Manager and Project Sponsor.
