Impact

Priority and Funding

This project is priority 2, and is being core funded.

It has been agreed that the eTime Proposal, which has been approved at 200 days, will be delivered as two separate projects.  The working budget for this year's first project is 83 days.  Next year's second project's budget will be the remaining 117 days.

Impact and Dependencies

This project will use a batch approach, with one batch for each of the three selected deliverables.

No other projects or support activity are expected to require access to the eTime system code, during the course of this project.

Approval for IS Apps to start work on the Design of the requirements will be contingent upon:

  • full business requirements having been specified for each selected item
  • resource availability having been confirmed by both IS Apps and Finance, to deliver the requirements
  • there being no outstanding work - i.e. updates in Dev and/or Test but not yet Live - for any of the systems targetted by the project
  • permission having been granted by all relevant system owners, for the proposed changes to be applied to their systems
