  1. Agree list of urgent compliance requirements to be addressed by the project (Finance)
  2. Provide detailed business requirements for the selected requirements (Finance)
  3. Provide Test Plan - for acceptance testing of system changes, and for full regression testing of eTime system (Finance)
  4. Confirm resourcing and produce delivery plan for the selected requirements (IS Applications; Finance)
  5. Design and build software changes (IS Applications)
  6. Perform acceptance testing of the changes (Finance)
  7. Perform full regression testing of the eTime system (Finance)
  8. Provide revised User Guides for the eTime system (Finance)
  9. Maintain technical documentation, as agreed with Production Management (IS Applications)
  10. Deploy to Live (IS Applications)
  11. Sign off deployment (Finance)
  12. Roll out to end users (Finance)

Estimated cost is 83 days.  To be made up from:

  • Software Development:  Team Manager, Designer / Developer, eTime expert, Peer Tester
  • Development Technology:  Team Manager, Technical Architect / Technology Analyst
  • Production Management (Applications):  Team Manager, Integration Tester; QA Reviewer
  • Production Management (Technology):  QA Reviewer

 

2.2.  Finance

Estimated cost is tbc by Finance, but tentative estimate is 20-30 days.  To be made up from:
