24-May FIN106 went live at xmas, but was used to replace ALBACS from February onwards. Now going back to close the project a few tidy up points are needed (having spoken to you today) This should now cover everything required

Progress on HSM passwords and Live Setup25-Feb The payroll files are called Salaries RTI. They were sent on the 23rd and Larry in the Cash Office has confirmed - " this file was received by the bank for the full amount, £22mil+, and will be processed tomorrow to be received on the 26th Feb." I have setup another user (Lee) with his HSM password and he will hopefully test it this afternoon when files are ready to be signed. I am hoping to get Lorna setup today also, but this is depending on her having a spare 10 minutes today. |

| Programme Sponsor update |
At the programme meeting the project sponsor wanted the Business Lead to handle all communications regarding Testing, Training and End Users Project Sponsor requires 3 live payrolls to have occurred before decommissioning of Albacs and the project closes, he is aware that this will have a small impact on the PM and Project Reporting. The sponsor is aware of the Networks delay due to the start of term and the sequence of events there after. PM to amend ASTA and Milestones. |
