What went well

•  Mike did a good job of standing in for Dawn as Project Manager / Business Analyst 

What didn't go so well

• Changes and additional features are being requested during UAT - these must be added as seperate stories so that they don't hold up iteration closure
• Douglas expressed concerns over the 'lists' functionality. Although it met the conditions of satisfaction he thought it required further changes. He will consider this and raise as new stories if required.

What will we do differently

•  Developers to do a peer review on completion of each story to review what they have coded and share knowledge
